Today’s world breeds competitiveness amongst all of us because the truth is if you are not competitive enough you get trampled by the desires and ambitions of the other people in the long run. Life is not as simple as it used to be and this is one of the prime reasons why we need to be competent enough to our counterparts so as to in turn prove that we are not to be left behind in the rat race. A fresher when joins the corporate world is quite unaware of how it works and how to gel into the environment. Thus, the new recruits always need adequate coaching and training to understand how to work in the new place which is totally different from what we would have expected.
